The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, build client relationships, and ensure revenue generation across various markets. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in the staffing industry with a strong network among decision-makers in the UAE.

Experience: 10+ years in staffing/recruitment sales, with a proven track record in UAE/GCC markets

We are a global IT staffing and consulting firm, dedicated to delivering talent solutions that drive business outcomes. As we expand our footprint in the UAE/GCC market, we are seeking a dynamic AVP – Sales who can spearhead growth, build client relationships, and drive revenue across the region.
Your Role
As the AVP – Sales (UAE), you will:
Develop and execute the sales strategy for staffing and recruitment solutions in the UAE and GCC markets
Identify and onboard new clients across industries (IT, Engineering, BFSI, Healthcare, Energy, and more)
Build strong relationships with decision-makers, HR leaders, and procurement teams
Partner with MSPs, VMS providers, and direct clients to deliver tailored staffing solutions
Achieve sales targets by focusing on contract staffing, permanent hiring, and project-based engagements
Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition
Work closely with delivery and leadership teams to ensure client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of sales experience in staffing/recruitment (UAE/GCC market expertise required)
Strong network of C-level, HR, and Procurement contacts in UAE (Dubai/Abu Dhabi preferred)
Experience working with MSPs, VMS platforms, and direct enterprise clients
Ability to build, manage, and grow a sales pipeline in the staffing industry
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, compliance, and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
