Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Leader to lead our new business development efforts across Verticals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive new business development initiatives, focusing on consultative selling and client acquisition.
  • Identify client needs and expectations, demonstrating the value of our services in addressing business and IT challenges.
  • Represent the organization in developing new business and relationships, aiming to enhance market position and create new revenue streams for business growth.
  • Generate revenue through strategic campaigns and plans to penetrate competitor accounts, acquire new clients, and scale engagements into multimillion-dollar partnerships.
  • Meet or exceed net new revenue, profitability, collection, and quarterly / annual targets across various business verticals, including Retail, CPG, Media, Telecom, Utilities, and Manufacturing.
  • Build and cultivate extensive CXO relationships and develop connections with CXO minus 1 and minus 2 executives.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Solid understanding of Digital, Data, Analytics, Cloud, and other IT & Professional services, with relevant domain experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully opening and winning new client accounts.
  • Strong focus on selling solutions across various service lines, including Digital and IT services.
  • Consultative sales approach, with creative thinking and a pragmatic mindset.
  • A rainmaker with a results-oriented attitude and strong organizational leadership skills.
