About the role

Join RAKBANK as an Associate Vice President – Performance Marketing, where you’ll lead innovative digital and offline marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and enhance the overall banking experience. You will report to the Vice President – Digital Marketing. You’ll work cross-functionally with product teams, compliance, creative agencies, and internal marketing units to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies across banking products including credit cards, loans, mortgages, insurance, and wealth management.
  • Optimize digital acquisition campaigns to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage multi-million-dirham marketing budgets with a focus on cost-efficiency and performance.
  • Monitor Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Acquisition, and Return On Ad Spend to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Lead paid media efforts across platforms like Google Search & AI, META, DV360, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic channels.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators using Google Analytics, CRM systems, and real-time dashboards.
  • Apply attribution models to optimize media mix and cross-channel engagement.
  • Enhance organic search visibility and improve landing page performance to boost application conversion rates.
  • Use AI-powered insights to target key customer segments including affluent individuals, SMEs, salaried professionals, and HNWIs.
  • Manage offline campaign across Radio and OOH.
  • Develop predictive models for acquisition and retention.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and conduct benchmarking to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Integrate CRM automation for lead nurturing and optimize post-click engagement to improve approval rates.
  • Leverage emerging platforms and AI-driven tools to enhance campaign efficiency and innovation.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven success in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
