Responsibilities
- Monitor credit quality of portfolio for risk recognition and assigning proper risk rating for each relationship.
- Develop marketing plan to identify corporate relationships within the accepted industries. Solicit new corporate relationships. Ensure quality of portfolio is satisfactory.
- Directly responsible to manage corporate customers portfolio and other relationship manager portfolio.
- Be highly responsive to customer needs and ensure high level of satisfaction of Clients in portfolio.
- Ensure quality of portfolio is maintained, with no direct credit losses.
- Maximize profitability, achieve business growth and targeted market share as per objectives.
- Ensure all documentation is valid and complete in assigned portfolio.
- Interact with the Credit Risk Management and Advances Division to resolve their queries regarding credit proposals.
- Monitor the performance of assigned employees; provide opportunities for their growth and development.
- Assist HCBG / TL with various management reports in order to be put on the path for career growth.
- Responsible for all relationships within his / her portfolio, including but not limited to transaction monitoring; money laundering; sanctions; and terrorism finance.
- Manages any actions and requests received by Internal compliance, in adherence to SOP, Policy, DOA, Corporate Governance and Brand guidelines against all agreed timeframes.
Experience & Qualifications
- 6-8 years' of extensive experience in corporate banking.
- Preferred Banking industry experience.
- MBA / Bachelor with a specialization in finance, marketing or equivalent qualification.
