This is an opportunity to contribute to critical capital and liquidity strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive meaningful decision-making at a senior level. Join us and make an impact where it matters most.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Contribute to the success of the department’s capital and liquidity management strategies, ensuring alignment with the bank’s risk appetite, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage the bank’s liquidity position to ensure continuous compliance with regulatory guidelines (CBUAE) and internal policies.
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of liquidity and capital management strategies to ensure financial stability and an optimized capital structure.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of capital adequacy reports to the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Monitor and analyze the bank’s capital ratios and proactively address any emerging gaps or risks.
  • Stay informed on regulatory developments and assess their impact on the bank's liquidity and capital positions.
  • Provide clear and timely guidance to internal stakeholders on regulatory liquidity requirements, best practices, and evolving standards.
  • Prepare high-quality liquidity and capital reports for senior management, the board of directors, and rating agencies, offering clear insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in liquidity and capital reporting processes, systems, and controls.
  • Actively liaise with internal teams (Finance, Risk, Compliance, IT, Data Management) and external stakeholders (CBUAE, Rating Agencies) to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow.
  • Promote a high-performance environment by exceeding expectations and fostering strong teamwork across the Finance department.

What We Are Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Treasury, Risk, or Compliance roles — ideally with a strong focus on liquidity and capital management.
  • Deep knowledge of CBUAE liquidity and capital regulations, with proven experience in regulatory reporting.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau; working knowledge of VBA/SQL is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with regulatory authorities, internal teams, and senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Professional certifications (CA, ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, CMA, CFA, MBA) are a plus but not mandatory.

What You'll Gain:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • A supportive and collaborative work culture.
  • Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies.
