Job summary

talabat is seeking an Associate Tech Tools & Contracts to support the management of software tools, tech contracts, and vendor relationships. You will coordinate with internal teams, renew subscriptions, and ensure contracts align with business needs and compliance.

You will collaborate with procurement, legal and finance, review and negotiate agreements, track milestones, and analyze tool usage to drive cost efficiencies while maintaining accurate databases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in contract management or vendor management.
• Strong understanding of technology tools, software procurement, and IT contracts.
• Experience collaborating with procurement, legal and finance teams.
• Familiarity with software licensing models, SaaS and cloud services.
• Knowledge of contract management software and databases.
• Ability to analyze contracts and technical documentation effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the procurement management and renewal of software tools and technology subscriptions while collaborating with legal procurement and finance teams to ensure compliance
• Reviewing drafting and negotiating contracts related to software licensing service agreements and technology vendor partnerships
• Managing contract milestones maintaining an up-to-date database of all tech tools and software licenses and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Monitoring vendor performance assisting with troubleshooting issues supporting the audit process and analyzing tech tool usage to provide cost-saving insights

Minimum 2+ years of experience in contract management, vendor management, or a related field

Strong understanding of technology tools, software procurement, and IT contracts

Experience working with procurement, legal, and finance teams in a corporate setting

Familiarity with software licensing models, SaaS, and cloud services

Knowledge of contract management software and databases

Ability to analyze contracts and technical documentation effectively
