About our client

We are working on an opportunity with a prestigious global investor based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to bring on a professional at the associate or senior associate level to join their technology direct investments team. We are looking for candidates with M&A investment banking experience and technology sector coverage as well as those already on the buyside investing in technology businesses.

What the job involves

• Proactively source and evaluate investment opportunities in technology across geographies.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and financial models for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on investment pipeline, portfolio performance, and market outlook.

Who we are looking for

• Experience from a top-tier investment bank in M&A (technology sector) or a private equity fund/similar organisation.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities is required alongside the ability to present and communicate effectively.
• You will have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from a top-tier university.
• The ability to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi.
