Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in real estate investment banking, real estate private equity, management consulting, real estate development or principal investment platforms focused on real estate.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation experience within real estate.
• Demonstrated experience analysing acquisitions and development opportunities.
• Excellent analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, deal-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• GCC real estate experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with portfolio analysis, strategic planning and asset-level performance reviews.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including advisors, consultants, lenders and operating partners.
