We are now seeking a highly motivated and strategic Recruitment Director, Middle East, Africa, and Turkey to lead our operations across MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Turkey. This role will be instrumental in driving student recruitment, managing key relationships, and overseeing our regional offices and University Access Centre (UAC) in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Student Recruitment: Lead the strategy to maximise enrolments from the region to INTO’s partner universities.
• Build & Strengthen Partnerships: Act as the main liaison between INTO, recruitment agents, educational institutions, and key stakeholders.
• Lead & Inspire a Regional Team: Oversee a team of 9 professionals across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Morocco, Egypt, Kuwait, Nigeria, and Kenya.
• Market Insight & Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven recruitment strategies and oversee high-impact initiatives to expand student recruitment channels.
• Financial & Sales Performance: Achieve enrolment and revenue targets, optimise resources, and manage budgets effectively.
• Exceptional Customer Focus: Provide outstanding service and training to recruitment partners while ensuring seamless communication between regional offices and university partners.

Location: This role is based in Saudi Arabia or Dubai, with frequent travel within the MEA region and occasional travel to the UK, US, Australia, and other international locations.
