We are currently hiring Associate Consultants/Consultants for our expanding Dubai office as we continue to work with leading global organisations that require the best micro-niche specialist talent.

What does a Tura Executive Consultant do?

• Proactively conduct business development, interacts and maintains high level relationships with top companies (including Global Fortune 500 companies) across Middle East, GCC, International Markets.
• Act as a professional consultant who understands clients' business needs and solves their talent challenges to fulfil their business strategies.
• Act as a professional advisor to help mid to senior level candidates in the market find their dream job.
• Be equipped with technical knowledge and be updated with current market conditions through learning & development training and work with top level professionals in the market.
• Be target driven and solution oriented so as to demonstrate effective working on a daily basis and ultimately secure financial independence and be a highly successful consultant in a highly meritocratic and fast paced environment.

What does Tura Executive look for when hiring?

• At least a Professional degree or Bachelor's degree holder from Top Universities.
• Experience in business development/sales/tele-sales/recruitment/marketing are highly preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills: detailed and organized person who can work with a team but also excel individually – Fundamentally Good People!
• Ability to deal with high pressure and target-driven environment, resilience and has experience of overcoming challenging situations.
• Must be able to take direction but also demonstrate high initiatives and ability to influence others positively.
• Someone who is competitive and enjoys a rewarding working environment – simply put WINNERS!
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify new business development opportunities and be accountable towards personal targets and goals.
• Exceptional communication skills.
