Job description

The Role and What You’ll Do:

The Associate Project Manager will be an integral part of the dedicated client team, including Creative, Strategy, and PR & Communications, primarily based in 160over90's London and Dubai offices. The candidate will work closely with and report to the Project Manager, who oversees the broader account. The Associate Project Manager will eventually own the resourcing workstream and lead the day-to-day operations on the brand side, allowing the Project Manager to focus on broader campaign oversight. This role is suited for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and flexible thinker with proven project management skills and strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail is essential.

The Associate Project Manager will help define deliverables, assist in establishing project scopes, track design and creative requirements, and manage project timelines. They will collaborate with the Project Manager and the wider client team to deliver innovative designs and category-redefining concepts that create culture.

The candidate will primarily work within a dedicated (and growing) client team comprising Creative Directors, Designers, and Strategy and Account leads. They will receive instructions from account leads and support from the Project Manager, Creative Director, and the wider Creative Operations team. Additionally, the Associate Project Manager will coordinate with the broader creative team based in Dubai and serve as the main creative coordinator in the region. Since the Project Manager is based in London, this role requires working independently with limited creative oversight at times.

  • Prioritizing project schedules and resources to meet deadlines and goals
  • Planning development for print, online, experiential, entertainment, and branding projects

  • Ensuring the creative, design, and production teams have sufficient input and time to deliver high-quality work
  • Contributing to the development of standards and procedures
  • Maintaining proper file naming conventions and structure
  • Ensuring compliance with server rules, privacy, and regulations
  • Tracking time and budget expenditure, updating account leads accordingly

Preferred qualifications and skills:

  • Experience in project management within a creative, advertising, marketing, or design agency, or in-house at a fast-growth company
  • Understanding of integrated marketing and advertising creative processes
  • Experience managing high-volume, approval-heavy creative accounts is a plus
  • Proficiency with project management software, ideally Monday.com
  • Knowledge of creative file types and design software is beneficial
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communications Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project management skills, including scheduling and resource allocation

  • Interest in sports, culture, and entertainment is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for learning and personal growth
