Description
We are seeking an Associate Program Manager to support in the expansion of our Everyday Essentials (EE) streams across locales and product categories, with focus on selection, marketing, product mechanisms. This role will be pivotal in driving the growth of our EE business, improving customer acquisition, and enhancing our selection framework.
Key job responsibilities
Drive efforts across teams to streamline selection tracking
Analyze, evaluate and optimize selection streams for EE targeting both in Consumables and Non-Consumables business.
Build automated selection identification mechanisms
Work with marketing teams across locales to create tracking mechanisms for EE marketing initiatives
Drive parity in marketing effectiveness across categories
Understand the customer funnel and drive opportunity analysis
Develop marketing playbooks for NonCL EE items
Support on adoption of successful programs that are critical to EE and drive adoption in new teams
Oversee technical implementation of program mechanisms
Ensure seamless integration with existing systems
Measure and optimize program performance
Drive collaboration across all MENA-TR locales
Develop market-specific strategies
Coordinate with regional teams for localization
Create scalable expansion frameworks
About the team
Our team consists of 1 Everyday Essential Senior Program Manager, 1 Business Analyst, and several POCs across teams and locales. We are in the process of building a unified way of working across the region and are excited to have someone on board to help us work towards that goal.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science or Marketing
Experience of managing projects
Experience in data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Strong stakeholder management skills
Organized way of working and building mechanisms to track progress
Ability to analyze and pull data via queries
