About our Team: The consultant team drives customer engagements at executive levels within financial institutions and thereby establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

About the Role: You will participate in the implementation of solutions for international clients and will lead projects for those financial institutions.

Responsibilities

1. Showing a good understanding of compliance and sanctions risk management, relating it to product and service within the firm
2. Understanding customer use cases and requirements and in turn apply best practices for those customer implementations
3. Delivering installs, and configures of all applications to specified requirements providing technical training and transfer of knowledge
4. Demonstrating a very good knowledge in third party software interfacing with solutions, and performs the functional customization of the solution
5. Interacting with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams, including communications with prospects and tendering to the demonstration process.
6. Ensuring Project work is well defined. Changes to requirements are managed, issues arising are tracked and dealt with in a timely fashion. Customer satisfaction is attended to throughout the engagement

Requirements

1. Have significant professional services or implementation experience
2. Demonstrate understanding of financial industry and knowledge of payment standards (SWIFT, SEPA, etc)
3. Have affinity or experience with Compliance, CFT (Counter-Financing of Terrorism), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), or KYC (Know Your Customer)
4. Have knowledge of Unix and Windows Configuration of Web application servers, and WebSphere and Apache Tomcat
5. Have understanding of cloud technologies and enablers (Dapr, Kubernetes), Knowledge of RDBMS & SQL (Oracle 19, SQLServer 2019+) and IBM MQ, Understanding of API and JSON for data interchange integration
6. Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills
