We are seeking a Cloud Admin (Cloud Ops) Manager to lead our cloud operations team ensuring the high availability, scalability, and security of our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation, DevOps, and IT operations with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure in AWS/Azure/GCP.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud-based applications.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization.
Automate cloud operations using Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments.
Maintain and improve cloud monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
Ensure cloud compliance with industry standards (ISO, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.).
Enforce cloud security best practices, access controls, and encryption policies.
Conduct periodic security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Lead a team of cloud engineers and administrators.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, IT).
Work with security teams to address risks and incidents.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with networking, load balancing, VPNs, firewalls, and DNS in cloud environments.
Familiarity with cloud security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO27001, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and team management experience.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Google Cloud Professional Engineer, or similar.
Experience in hybrid cloud environments.
Knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices.
