Job summary

Caxton Associates is launching a two-year program to transition high-potential talent into senior Portfolio Manager roles. Participants will refine investment skills through immersive training across hedge fund disciplines and contribute to an evolving investment strategy.

You will work independently and with stakeholders to drive alpha and align with the firm's macro, systematic, and event-driven approaches. A track record is encouraged and a detailed strategy outline may be requested.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of experience in asset management, hedge funds, or market making.
• Proven expertise in a specific investment strategy and its related markets.
• Entrepreneurial risk-taking mindset with a desire to build a book.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative environments
• Must submit a CV, investment track record (if available), and a detailed outline of a proposed investment strategy
