What you'll be doing

The Associate – People Partner is responsible for the complete ownership of HR administrative tasks, including launching requisitions, monitoring key people metrics, maintaining cost centers, and supporting reporting activities. This role also handles non-critical employee relations matters while collaborating closely with Group HR’s Centers of Expertise.

  • Execute administrative tasks such as launching requisitions and following up on internal transfers
  • Coordinate with Group HR Centers of Expertise (e.g., People Experience, Rewards, etc.)
  • Regularly audit and update organization charts, payroll data, and budget records
  • Follow up with process owners on the completion of goals, budgeting activities, and other Group HR priorities, in alignment with the People Partner or Director of People
  • Support the consolidation and tracking of People Strategy metrics, in coordination with the People Analytics team
  • Serve as an additional point of contact for minor employee relations matters, under the guidance of the People Partner
  • Assist in preparing ad-hoc HR reports, as directed by the People Partner or Director of People

Contract duration: 6 months

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Experience: 0–3 years; fresh graduates or individuals with up to a few years of experience
  • Educational Background: Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • Skills: Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency in Excel
