Job Title: Associate Partner Franchise Expansion
Location: Dubai & International Markets

Your Role

As an Associate Partner, you will oversee the setup, growth, and management of your own franchise. You will be responsible for everything from financial planning to team leadership, driving long-term profitability and market success. You will have the autonomy to decide your salary and commission structure, as well as the compensation packages for your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Leadership & Financial Management: Manage your P&L, set budgets, and strategically price commission structures.
  • Team Building: Recruit and lead top-performing agents in residential, commercial, and off-plan sales, with full control over their salaries and commission structures.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales strategies and leverage a global network to maximize conversions.
  • Marketing & Brand Expansion: Develop and implement local marketing strategies to grow your brand presence.
  • Operations & Compliance: Ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
