Job summary

IFFCO in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Production Line Operator to run individual process lines, follow production plans, achieve daily targets and ensure quality according to defined standards.

You will maintain hygienic conditions, GMP and safety compliance, operate machinery per SOPs, coordinate with packing staff, minimize breakdowns through preventive maintenance, and report any non-compliance to the line manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production/processing.
• Graduation or Technical Diploma as a qualification.
• Knowledge of GMP and hygiene standards in a manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line machinery as per SOPs and production plan.
• Maintain hygienic conditions and quality standards in the plant.
• Ensure safety rules are followed; report non-compliance to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with packing staff to deliver FG as per schedule.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and sustain uptime.
• Adhere to GMP and hygiene policies in the work area.

Job Summary

Operations of individual process line with production plan achieving daily Targets and ensuring quality as per defined standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operating machinery & Delivery of F.G. as per production schedule in co-ordination with packing employees.
• Implementation of operational maintenance of equipment’s & release machines for planned preventive maintenance and Minimize Breakdown.
• Inspect plant and ensure that hygienic conditions are maintained in the plant premises.
• Operate machines as per Instruction manual & SOP’s
• Maintaining the quality & safety standards without deviation.
• Maintaining GMP & Hygiene in Work Area
• Supervise and ensure that all the activities are carried out in safe manner and employees are following the safety rules and requirements in their areas, report any non-compliance to the manager immediately.
• Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with the instructions and to comply with safety procedures and requirements
• Do not operate any machine and or equipment unless authorized and trained
• Not to participate in horseplay or place fellow employees in danger by their actions.
• Any other work responsibility assigned by Line Manager as and when required upon business requirement (with relevant Training)

• Achieve targeted plant uptime.
