IFFCO Group is seeking an Operations/Production role to run process lines and achieve daily targets while ensuring quality per defined standards. The incumbent will coordinate with packing staff to deliver finished goods on schedule.

Responsibilities include machine operation, preventive maintenance, hygiene, and strict adherence to GMP and safety rules. Candidates should have a Graduation or Technical Diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with a focus on safe, compliant

Qualifications

• Graduation or Technical Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in production/operations.
• Knowledge of GMP and hygiene standards.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and instruction manuals.

Responsabilités

• Operate machinery and ensure FG delivery per production schedule with packing team.
• Maintain equipment maintenance and plan preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
• Inspect plant and ensure hygienic conditions throughout the premises.
• Follow instruction manuals and SOPs for machine operation.
• Maintain quality and safety standards with no deviation.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and report non-compliance to the manager.
• Perform assigned tasks safely and in line with training and procedures.
• Do not operate machines without authorization and training.
