Support Strategy Execution

This role supports:

• Managing portfolio growth and customer engagement throughout the lifecycle of a card customer
• Ensuring balanced growth addressing Credit, Operations, Compliance, and Service Delivery risks
• Designing and developing portfolio programs based on local needs and co-creating globally scalable solutions
• Managing regulatory changes for timely delivery with seamless client experience and cost efficiency

Business

Responsibilities include developing strategies to grow the credit card portfolio, managing campaigns, optimizing revenues, analyzing market trends, monitoring performance, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring effective governance.

Processes

Supporting the execution of credit card strategies, streamlining processes, and supporting digital transformation of the portfolio lifecycle journey.

Execution and Implementation

Supporting large client programs, managing risks, developing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Team Collaboration & Culture

Developing business recommendations, leading meetings, mentoring team members, and contributing to the firm's intellectual capital.

All About You

Experience in managing large projects, domain knowledge in payments, stakeholder management, strong communication skills, leadership ability, and regional experience preferred.

All About Your Education & Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, advanced degree preferred, fluent in local language and English, proficient in MS Office, and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
