IFFCO Group seeks a sustainability-focused professional to manage regenerative agriculture and wildlife conservation initiatives across its olive oil value chain and other crops. The role involves coordinating projects, engaging partners, and reporting impact within a global portfolio.

Applicants should have an agricultural or environmental background and a strong track record in project management, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability communications.

Responsabilidades

• Support in managing, coordinating and measuring regenerative agriculture impact projects.
• Identify wildlife conservation projects in key markets: KSA, Egypt, Pakistan and Indonesia; co-develop proposals and execute approved projects with partners.
• Assess biodiversity conservation projects by suppliers within IFFCO key crops value chain.
• Collaborate with communications to showcase sustainability stories and project results.
• Develop targets and time-bound action plans on regenerative agriculture and wildlife conservation; provide advice and coordinate execution.
• Coordinate with partners to implement regenerative agriculture across 100% olive oil value chain and apply learnings to other crops.

Job Summary

• Support in managing, coordinating and measuring regenerative agriculture impact projects. Olive oil value chain and other IFFCO key crops in short focus, palm – mid-term.
• Identify potential wildlife conservation projects in key markets: KSA, Egypt, Pakistan, Indonesia in focus. Co-develop the conservation projects proposal and execution of the approved projects with partners.
• Assess biodiversity conservation projects by suppliers in IFFCO key crops value chain.
• Work together with the communications team to leverage sustainability stories and results of projects.
• Support developing targets and detailed time-bound action plan on regenerative agriculture and wildlife conservation projects, provide advice and support, execute coordination, and ensure the implementation.
• Focus: Regenerative agriculture practices introduced in 100% olive oil value chain and apply the learnings to other IFFCO key crops value chain. Potential wildlife conservation projects in key markets: KSA, Egypt, Pakistan and Indonesia.
• Work closely with partners, coordinate and manage regenerative agriculture. Support with internal communication decks around regenerative agriculture and impacts.

• 100% Olive oil value chain is implementing regenerative agriculture and is reflected in the brands campaigns/communications. In plan, budget and time

• IFFCO footprint on biodiversity conservation is realized
• Sustainability Team administrative support

Work Experience Requirement
