Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Track and maintain records of training programs, including attendance, requests, evaluations, and post-training assessments.
  2. Provide periodic reports and matrices on training activities.
  3. Monitor the annual training calendar and prepare related announcements.
  4. Update the training master tracking list regularly.
  5. Notify relevant managers of any changes to the training calendar.
  6. Contribute to the development of training systems and strategies.
  7. Coordinate logistics for internal training sessions.
  8. Organize and conduct orientations for new joiners and work placements.
  9. Develop flowcharts, work instructions, checklists, and action plans for training activities.
  10. Submit weekly and monthly training status reports.
  11. Ensure timely completion of all training documentation.
  12. Adhere to safety, housekeeping, and environmental policies.
  13. Maintain and safeguard company property and information.
  14. Support HR team members as needed.
  15. Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Director.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. 5-6 years of experience in HR training activities.
  3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritize, and multitask.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively at all levels.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software preferred.
  7. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years experience in Learning and Development, especially in training coordination. Must possess a valid driving license.
