Role Summary

We’re looking for an Inventory Controller to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “tMart”, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman, and Iraq!

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Daily monitoring of stock movement, running reports of daily inventory adjustments.
  • Providing stock reports on Category Level for all stores.
  • Guiding stores on receiving deliveries, returning POs, and operational issues involving stocks.
  • Conducting stock takes/cycle counts for the stores.
  • Invoice matching with finance in case of discrepancies.
  • Weekly reporting to GM with total inventory adjustments, including shrinkage percentage against sales.
  • Spot checking and visiting stores for investigation of inventory discrepancies.
  • Reporting system issues related to store operations affecting stocks.
  • Monthly reconciliation with finance.
  • Monthly reporting of inventories and turnovers.
