Mirage in Dubai is seeking a Senior Interior Design Lead to own the design delivery of high-end interior projects. You will oversee creative development, ensure quality, adherence to timelines, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires leading design teams, mentoring senior designers, coordinating across disciplines, and contributing to proposals, while upholding sustainability and quality standards. UAE experience is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in interior design, including experience leading design teams.
• Strong creative, technical and project delivery skills across all project stages.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and visualisation software.
• Experience managing interior design delivery on large or complex projects.
• UAE experience is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior design review and approval of drawings, specifications and material selections
• Manage client relationships on interior design matters, providing design advice and updates
• Lead coordination between interior design and other disciplines throughout the project lifecycle

• Support authority submissions and technical negotiations relating to interior fit-out
• Contribute to design innovation, sustainability and quality improvement initiatives
• Support business development with design leadership input for proposals and bids
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and design procedures
