Landmark Group is seeking an Associate General Manager – Customer Strategy to shape the customer growth agenda across brands, channels, and functions. You will own the customer strategy by leveraging insights from behavior, feedback, and preference signals to drive profitable growth across the full lifecycle.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to convert customer understanding into enterprise priorities, journeys, and measurable transformation roadmaps, delivering executive-ready strategy

Competenze

• 11–13 years of experience in customer strategy, CRM/marketing strategy, or transformation roles.
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, personalization, omnichannel retail, and customer economics.
• Ability to translate insights into scalable, senior-level initiatives across multiple functions.

Mansioni

• Lead the development and execution of customer strategy across Landmark Group brands.
• Own the customer strategy roadmap across stores, apps, web, loyalty, campaigns, and partner interactions.
• Establish voice-of-customer and preference-learning agendas from feedback, surveys, NPS/CSAT, and digital behavior.
• Define and evaluate customer value propositions balancing desirability, feasibility, and long-term value.
• Translate insights into strategic recommendations for buying, planning, merchandising, pricing, and digital teams.
• Influence cross-functional leaders to embed customer-focused decision-making in plans and governance.
• Build business cases for customer initiatives with expected experience improvements and sales uplift.
