About the Opportunity: Reporting to the Head of AMETUK and Institutional and Strategic Partnerships in Dubai, UAE, you will support OKX’s Middle East entity and GCC markets. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in top law firms or in-house roles, with a strong understanding of cryptocurrency, digital assets, and relevant financial regulations (e.g., VARA, ESCA). We seek someone with excellent academic credentials, writing, and analytical skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for the crypto space. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting legal coverage areas such as product development, HR, corporate governance, contract negotiation, litigation, regulatory compliance, institutional sales, partnerships, and marketing.
• Analyzing legal risks related to digital assets and managing review processes.
• Managing litigation and working with outside counsel as needed.
• Collaborating with compliance on licensing, regulator communication, policy drafting, and supporting compliance efforts.
• Assisting with corporate governance, including maintaining subsidiaries and preparing governance materials.
• Managing legal requests and advising on legal concepts and risks aligned with business goals.

What We Look For In You:

• Law degree and eligibility to practice as an advocate.
• Resident of Dubai, UAE.
• 3-10 years of experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house, preferably in financial services or crypto.
• Experience or strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain law.
