Associate, Europe-focused Private Equity

We are seeking an Associate to join our Europe-focused Private Equity team. The role involves:

1. Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio management
2. Developing and analysing financial models
3. Leading certain workstreams such as diligence processes, and acting as the point of contact for industry experts, management teams, and investment partners
4. Collaborating with other top-tier asset managers and private equity funds on co-investment opportunities

Who we are looking for

• Experience in M&A or leveraged finance teams of a top-tier investment bank, or private equity/private credit roles with prior investment banking exposure
• Outstanding academic record from a top-tier university
• Strong business acumen and high professional integrity
• Fluency in a European language in addition to English is desirable but not required
