Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
2. Lead and coordinate a team of professionals involved in the project, such as engineers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
3. Establish and control project budgets, ensuring delivery within financial constraints.
4. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, management, regulatory authorities, and others.
6. Ensure project compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
7. Monitor and maintain high-quality standards, ensuring all deliverables meet established criteria.
8. Track project progress, analyze performance metrics, and report to stakeholders.
9. Oversee contract negotiations and management with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
10. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, or resources, ensuring proper documentation and communication.

Requirements:

1. Degree in project management or related field; advanced certifications are advantageous.
2. 15-25 years of extensive experience in mixed-use project management, with prior roles as project manager or senior leader preferred.
3. Deep knowledge of residential developments, regulations, practices, and trends in Abu Dhabi.
4. Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage diverse teams.
5. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques with a successful track record.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
