Mashreq Bank seeks an Associate Director – Corporate Banking to drive new-to-bank Saudi relationships, oversee cross-border exposure, and coordinate the Saudi portfolio across Mashreq’s units. Qualifications

• The candidate should have 7–10 years in corporate banking with GCC/Saudi exposure.
• Strong origination and cross-border transaction experience is required.
• Experience with corporate financing, trade finance, cash management, FX and derivatives.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Degree in business/finance/economics; certifications in corporate banking.

Responsibilities

• Originate new-to-bank corporate relationships in Saudi Arabia and grow market share.
• Coordinate cross-border exposure and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead regional portfolio coordination across Corporate Banking, Risk, Treasury and Legal.
• Develop and refine the Saudi Arabia framework aligned with market changes.
• Drive business growth by expanding asset book across sectors and products.
• Ensure risk appetite adherence and conduct due diligence with CMC.
• Provide market insights to inform long-term strategy and reporting.
• Collaborate daily with internal partners to deliver client solutions.
