About The Role
The Associate Director of Marketing & Communications supports the Director in developing and executing the resort s omnichannel marketing and communications strategy to drive brand awareness, market positioning, and revenue generation across all resort departments. This position plays a key role in project execution, content management, campaign performance tracking, and collaboration with internal departments and external partners. It requires a solid grasp of luxury branding, digital marketing, content creation, PR, and storytelling.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing & Communications Strategy

  • Support the Director in executing integrated marketing and communications plans, aligned with brand goals and resort priorities
  • Track campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and contribute to ROI analyses and recommendations
  • Contribute to the definition and consistent rollout of the resort s USPs and tone of voice.
  • Work with the Global Marketing & Communications team to align local initiatives with global brand standards.

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Manage content production for campaigns, partnerships, activations, and programming including photo/video shoots and post-production oversight.
  • Develop B2C and B2B storytelling assets for use across social media, website, press room, advertising, and trade.

Digital & E-commerce

  • Assist in overseeing digital campaigns including SEM, social, and programmatic advertising.
  • Coordinate with internal and agency teams to optimize digital presence and acquisition funnels.
  • Ensure consistency and effectiveness across digital channels (website, email, social, CRM).
  • Oversee the execution and scheduling of content, promotions, and guest communications.

Agency & Partnership Coordination

  • Manage relationships with agencies and third-party vendors (PR, advertising, social, digital, CRM).
  • Identify and implement local/international partnerships that align with brand storytelling and content objectives.

Brand Touchpoints & Collateral

  • Ensure the resort s on-property branding meets One&Only s luxury standards across all physical and digital guest-facing assets (collateral, signage, amenities, etc.).
  • Support creation of marketing and sales materials including brochures, digital decks, trade content.

About You:

  • 5 7 years of marketing and communications experience in luxury hospitality or premium/lifestyle brands
  • Proven track record executing successful multichannel campaigns across global/regional markets
  • Familiarity with media relations, digital performance marketing, and storytelling strategy
  • Experience working in multicultural environments with cross-functional teams
