Job summary

Axios is seeking a seasoned sales leader to own and grow a local UAE territory in Dubai, focusing on outbound strategy and advertiser partnerships. You will build a robust pipeline and lead the full sales cycle from outreach to close.

You will engage senior decision-makers, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive revenue growth in the digital media landscape. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a dynamic, newsroom-style environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in sales, digital media/news, with emphasis on outbound/new business development.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, especially through new logo acquisition.
• Strong presence selling to senior decision-makers.
• Experience developing territory or category-level sales strategies.
• Understanding of digital media, online marketing tech, and Axios' competitive landscape.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
