Job description

Associate Director - Investor Relations & Distribution

Supporting the Head of Investor Relations and Distribution in distributing products and services offered by ADIB Capital. Additionally, supporting the Head of Investor Relations in managing relationships with ADIB Capital's clients.

Key Accountabilities of the role:

  1. Coordinate fundraising efforts for all funds with ADIB Private Banking and Priority Banking.
  2. Support the Head of IR & Distribution in developing and implementing marketing plans and roadshows for each fund or product launched by ADIB Capital.
  3. Conduct training sessions on funds for ADIB Priority / Private Banking RMs.
  4. Coordinate the placement of ADIB Capital Funds on distribution platforms of other UAE and GCC banks.
  5. Take direct responsibility for fundraising, focusing on family offices and HNW clients in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar.
  6. Coordinate the development of marketing materials.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required:

  • 8-10 years of experience in selling funds & structured products.
  • Strong technical understanding of different asset classes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Established relationships with family offices, especially in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other GCC countries.
