Job summary

LINK is a fast-growing Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) that applies human-centered design to support strategy, innovation, communication, change, and branding for the federal government and partners.

We are seeking a Senior Design Leader to drive strategic design direction, mentor teams, and ensure brand-safe delivery across engagements. You will shape information architectures and guide design thinking from concept to final execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design-related field.
• 10+ years of experience in design consulting leading teams.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design and design thinking processes.
• Experience designing intelligible information hierarchies and frameworks.
• Strong portfolio with end-to-end design work from concept to execution.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide strategic guidance in complex engagements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in design consulting with a track record of leading high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of human-centered design, design thinking processes, and visual design principles
• Experience designing intelligible information hierarchies and frameworks
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work from concepts to final execution
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide strategic guidance in complex engagements
