Job Overview: We invite applications for the role of Associate Director - Employee & Government Relations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing policies to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Managing employee relations issues, grievances, disciplinary actions, and disputes with professionalism and discretion.
  • Acting as the primary liaison with government entities, managing regulatory affairs and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Providing guidance on conflict resolution and mediation to foster a harmonious workplace.
  • Implementing training programs on employee relations topics such as ethics and compliance.
  • Conducting audits of employee policies and procedures for relevance and effectiveness.
  • Staying informed about labor law changes through industry forums and workshops.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in employee relations, including 5+ years in leadership roles (preferably in shared services).
