Job Summary:
The Partners Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with key partners to drive business growth and enhance our healthcare technology offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and manage contracts with partners, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in partnerships, maintaining a positive and productive relationship.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the healthcare technology sector.
Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic and French are a plus.
