An exciting opportunity to join our project management team to oversee a panel of services for a new flagship high-rise building in the UAE, built to high standards.

Requirements:

• Experience working in the UAE is essential for client approval.
• Strong knowledge and application of design management, risk mitigation, prefabrication, and build strategies.
• Business planning and effective communication skills.
• Good understanding of all design disciplines.
• Expertise in design workflows, scheduling, and deliverables.
• Experience managing projects of various types and complexities.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver outcomes within financial constraints.
• Experience with external public areas and high-rise projects is beneficial.
• Experience delivering projects on-site using BIM.

• Membership in professional bodies (RIBA, MICE, CIBSE, CIOB, RICS, CIAT).
