Role Summary

The Associate Director in our Value Realization practice plays a crucial role in delivering strategic financial advisory to clients in the UAE. This opportunity is perfect for professionals with a strong analytical mindset, strategic problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work across multiple industries. You will partner with mid to senior executives to address complex business challenges and drive impactful change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in delivering strategic solutions across a range of industries
• Develop innovative strategies and actionable recommendations to help clients improve operational efficiency and achieve long-term business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key initiatives, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Present findings and strategic insights to senior management and client stakeholders.
• Craft in-depth data analyses to drive sophisticated hypothesis generation.
• Assist with client relationship development, client need identification and proposal preparation
• Ensure high standards of service delivery and lead team members to achieve client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong academic background (MBA or other advanced degrees preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in management consulting
• At least 5 years in tier 2 or tier 1 consulting firm, working predominantly in the region
• Arabic speaker preferable
