Job summary

Remote DXB in Dubai seeks a senior Compliance professional to support the Chief Compliance Officer in implementing and maintaining the regulatory compliance and governance framework. You will develop CFCC processes, oversee regulatory risk, training programs, and provide guidance on applicable laws to the business in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will also coordinate regulatory engagements, assist with licensing and reporting obligations, and help draft CFCC policies and operating

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in compliance or related field.
• Strong understanding of the financial services sector and digital environments.
• Hands-on experience in financial crime, compliance, and regulatory risk management.
• Ability to produce robust advice and unpack complex problems.
• Excellent business acumen regarding industry trends and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Compliance Officer in implementing and maintaining the regulatory framework.
• Develop and maintain compliance processes, tools, systems, and frameworks to manage CFCC risks.
• Coordinate regulatory engagement activities and respond to regulator information requests.
• Assist with licensing, regulatory examinations, and reporting obligations.
• Provide guidance on applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Execute the CFCC risk framework as a second-line risk control function.
• Implement and conduct CFCC training programs for staff.
• Escalate breaches and ensure effective remediation.
• Draft and maintain CFCC policies, standards, and operating instructions.
