About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director – Architecture to join Architecture and Spatial Design team in Jumeirah Group Services. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Collaborate with the Senior Director to drive architectural and design strategies that support Jumeirah’s long-term vision.
• Oversee the full design development process, from concept to execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Partner with external design consultants and stakeholders to cultivate exceptional, high-impact design concepts.
• Work closely with Technical Services, Operations, and Procurement teams to integrate design excellence across all projects.
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, sustainability principles, and accessibility standards.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance Jumeirah’s design innovation.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in a senior design role within luxury hospitality or high-end residential projects.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
