Associate Director - Salary 50-60,000 AED Per Month Plus Profit Share

Privately Owned Cost Consultancy seeking an Associate Director based in Abu Dhabi to cover the UAE. Join a business entering a significant growth phase, with 70 years of operation across Asia, MENA, North America & Europe. This role offers the opportunity to make impactful decisions, drive profit, and expand into new regions.

You will be responsible for managing key accounts, business development, commercial assignments, and team performance. Working alongside a senior leader, you will oversee P&L, strategy, and overall direction of the group in the UAE. The role has become available due to an internal promotion and a senior team member relocating.

The ideal candidate is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with at least 10 years of experience managing the full project lifecycle in consultancies or contracting firms. Strong soft skills in networking and opportunity recognition are essential.

• Qualified Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Administrator with a relevant Construction Degree
