Job description
  • Actively sell delegate passes for events, conferences, and seminars through outbound calls, emails, and virtual / in-person pitches.
  • Identify and connect with potential delegates, including professionals, organizations, and associations relevant to event themes.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads to convert interest into confirmed ticket sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to use event promotions and customize sales strategies.
  • Provide prospects with clear, compelling information about the event.
  • Meet or exceed event-specific sales quotas for delegate attendance.
  • Track sales progress using CRM tools, ensuring accurate records of delegate registrations.
  • Offer feedback to event organizers on delegate needs and market trends to boost future sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably in delegate, event, or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of corporate training, events, or conference industries.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
