Job summary

Checkout is seeking an Associate Deal Management to join our Sales Operations team in our Dubai office to support our global growth. This role sits within our Revenue Operations department.

We seek someone highly motivated detail oriented and confident in collaborating crossfunctional with internal teams throughout the organization. Within this role you will work with teams such as Sales Legal Risk Onboarding and Finance.

Qualifications

• 12 years experience in an onboarding/KYC role.
• Excellent customer service, customer-facing and problem-solving skills.
• Detailed oriented and self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fast learner and motivated by new challenges.
• Humble and hungry to learn; able to work under pressure and multitask.
• Excellent communication skills with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the payments processing industry and regulations is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team to complete the onboarding process.
• Be a creative problem solver who meets clients' needs while adhering to policies.
• Respond to inbound requests from the Sales team regarding onboarding and reviewing client profiles.
• Work with Customer Onboarding and Legal teams to ensure new clients meet requirements for quick signup.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to deal structures and contracts.
• Create and review customer agreements/contracts.
• Support and adapt to new processes and identify opportunities for improvement in the Deal Management team.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, especially Sales, Customer Onboarding and Legal teams.
• Manage multiple internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service.
• Support onboarding of new colleagues.

What youll be doing:

• Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team to complete the onboarding process.

• Work closely with Customer Onboarding and Legal teams to ensure new clients meet the company requirements for a quick and efficient signup.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation related to deal structures and contracts.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure required documents are correctly constructed
• Create and review customer agreements/contracts
• Support and adapt the of new processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in which the Deal Management team operates
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders especially sales Customer Onboarding and Legal teams.
• Manage multiple internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service
• Support with the onboarding of new colleagues
  

Qualifications :

• 12 Years Experience in an Onboarding/KYC role
• Excellent customer service customerfacing and problemsolving skills
• Detailed oriented

• Able to work under pressure multitask and consistently meet tight deadlines
• Superb communication skills ability to interact with multidisciplinary senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with the payment processing industry and regulations is a plus
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus
• Fluent in English Arabic is a plus
