WHAT YOU'LL DO

POSITION SUMMARY:

Based in Bain's Dubai office, you will support the ME Assistant General Counsel in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal contracts

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

1.CONTRACT SUPPORT

Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of legal contracts, including:

-Consulting engagement agreements

-Confidentiality agreements

-Vendor and independent contractor agreements

-Third-party access agreements

-Other types of agreements as required

Directly negotiate or support the negotiation of agreements to ensure terms are acceptable to Bain

Clearly and concisely communicate assessment of legal issues to internal clients and/or the ME Assistant General Counsel

Coordinate the review and feedback process with other stakeholders

Review and prepare responses to RFPs

Manage and utilize various systems and software tools used in the contracting process, such as automated contract review tools and contract management systems

Efficiently handle multiple contracts and legal matters simultaneously

2.GENERAL LEGAL SUPPORT

Provide support to other members of Bain's legal team on special projects as needed

ABOUT YOU

QUALIFICATIONS:

Juris Doctor (JD) with 2+ years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts in a law firm or in-house setting

Licensed to practice law in one of the ME countries

Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills

Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, articulate, and hardworking

Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-focused environment

Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint

Experience working with global clients is preferred
