About us:

Dokainish & Company is a global organization that has been providing world class professional consultancy services since 2011. We have recently launched our MENA operations headquartered in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. This expansion supports our strategy to serve government and private sector clients in capital projects across construction infrastructure energy and commercial developments.

We are currently seeking an Associate Consultant to join our growing team in the MENA region supporting the successful delivery of projects across various sectors and be a key member of our highperforming diverse and innovative consulting team based in Abu Dhabi.

The Opportunity:

The Associate Consultant will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion ensuring that projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget. This individual will play a key role in coordinating with internal teams contractors and clients and will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of largescale projects across construction infrastructure energy and commercial developments.

This is a fulltime position based in Abu Dhabi UAE. Candidates must have full professional proficiency of Arabic and English language.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and delivery of client engagements projects ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.

  • Generate client pitch presentations scope of works and bid proposals

  • Complete vendor registrations and ensure full compliance with client requirements

  • Develop and manage project plans client meetings schedules and budgets ensuring timely completion within scope and budget constraints.

  • Coordinate with internal teams clients contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

  • Identify assess and manage project risks ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and contractual obligations across all stages of the project lifecycle.

  • Lead the preparation and presentation of project status reports to senior management and clients highlighting key milestones risks and performance metrics.

  • Administer project change control processes ensuring any changes to scope schedule or budget are properly documented and approved.

  • Monitor and control project performance by tracking progress identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement incorporating lessons learned from previous projects into future planning and .

Role Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in project management within capital projects construction infrastructure or energy sectors.

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management or a related field. PMP certification is preferred.

  • Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic.

  • Experience in managing projects from inception to completion.

  • Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a clientfacing role.

  • Experience in the MENA region is highly desirable.

  • Flexibility to work in an office environment and to travel as required to client sites across the MENA region.

  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on industry best practices and methodologies.

  • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as required.

  • This role is based in Abu Dhabi UAE candidates must be able to commute or willing to relocate.
