Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Associate - Client Relations. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and converting leads into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.

Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate product / service solutions.

Guide customers through the sales process, including product demonstrations and answering product / service-related questions.

Convert inbound leads into sales by effectively communicating product benefits and closing sales opportunities.

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the sales manager or team leader.

Follow up with prospective customers to nurture relationships and facilitate additional sales opportunities.

Product Knowledge and Training :

Maintain a thorough understanding of our products / services, pricing, and promotions.

Participate in ongoing product training sessions to stay updated on new features and enhancements.

Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value propositions to drive sales conversions.

Documentation and Reporting :

Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

Generate reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and customer feedback for management review.

Collaborate effectively with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to optimize the customer experience and sales processes.

Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Proven experience 2 years in inbound sales, customer service, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.

Ability to listen attentively, identify customer needs, and effectively articulate solutions.

Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
