About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Associate Client Engagement / Account Manager to join our growing team in the UAE. This hybrid role is ideal for professionals with a background in IT consulting or software development who can manage client relationships while effectively coordinating with internal teams. You will play a key role in requirement gathering, project alignment, and supporting pre-sales and delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Account Management: Serve as the key liaison for assigned clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships. Understand client business needs and align technology solutions accordingly. Conduct regular client meetings and ensure high satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Requirement Gathering & Internal Coordination: Lead client discussions to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Translate requirements into actionable tasks for development, design, QA, and PM teams. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on deliverables, timelines, and scope. Help prioritize tasks based on business impact and client expectations.
  • Sales & Pre-Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and responses to RFPs / RFIs. Collaborate with sales and solution architects to develop tailored service offerings. Participate in presentations and solution walkthroughs with clients.
  • Delivery Oversight & Project Monitoring: Monitor project status, escalate risks or delays, and ensure alignment with client expectations. Support the project team in tracking milestones and deliverables. Report project health, KPIs, and account performance to leadership.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in client engagement, account management, business analysis, or project coordination in the IT services or software development domain.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile delivery processes.
  • Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM and collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Confluence).
  • Exposure to cloud-based or enterprise software solutions.
  • Background in business analysis, functional consulting, or technical pre-sales is a plus.
