A leading company in the UAE is seeking an Associate Client Engagement / Account Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and support pre-sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT consulting or software development and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills. We are seeking a proactive and client-focusedAssociate Client Engagement / Account Managerto join our growing team in the UAE. This hybrid role is ideal for professionals with a background inIT consulting or software developmentwho can manage client relationships while effectively coordinating with internal teams. You will play a key role inrequirement gathering, project alignment, and supportingpre-sales and delivery functions.
Serve as the key liaison for assigned clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
Understand client business needs and align technology solutions accordingly.
Conduct regular client meetings and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Lead client discussions to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
Translate requirements into actionable tasks for development, design, QA, and PM teams.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on deliverables, timelines, and scope.
Help prioritize tasks based on business impact and client expectations.
Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
Collaborate with sales and solution architects to develop tailored service offerings.
Participate in presentations and solution walkthroughs with clients.
Monitor project status, escalate risks or delays, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Support the project team in tracking milestones and deliverables.
Report project health, KPIs, and account performance to leadership.
7–10 years of experience inclient engagement, account management, business analysis, orproject coordinationin theIT services or software development domain.
Solid understanding ofsoftware development life cycle (SDLC)and agile delivery processes.
Strong skills inrequirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management tools likeJira, Trello, Asana, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in theUAE or GCC regionis preferred.
Bachelor's degree inIT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience with CRM and collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Confluence).
Exposure to cloud-based or enterprise software solutions.
Background inbusiness analysis, functional consulting, ortechnical pre-salesis a plus.
