About our client

We are working on an opportunity with a global private investor based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to hire an investment associate to join their APAC growth and private equity platform, focusing on India and China. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Proactively sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities in technology, healthcare, and other sectors such as industrials and business services across APAC.
  2. Conducting thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking.
  3. Preparing investment memos, presentations, and financial models for internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Providing regular updates to senior management on the investment pipeline, portfolio performance, and market outlook.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Experience from a top-tier investment bank in M&A (sector agnostic) or a private equity fund covering investments in China or India.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with effective presentation and communication abilities.
  • A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from a top-tier university.
  • Willingness to relocate and work full-time in Abu Dhabi.
