IFFCO Group in United Arab Emirates is seeking a Warehouse Operator to operate MHE safely, perform stacking, loading, and FIFO-based pallet handling, and maintain high inventory accuracy.

You will uphold GMP, hygiene, follow safety procedures, report hazards, and support line managers in risk assessments while ensuring on-time dispatch and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Proficiency or familiarity with SAP and warehouse systems.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform MHE cleaning and general inspection before operating the machine.
• Stack, destack, load and unload safely with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure pallets are undamaged, correctly aligned and FIFO for dispatch.
• Prevent line stoppages by avoiding pallet holds on the production line.
• Assist Supervisors in identifying hazards and participate in risk assessments.
• Follow ERCO risk management procedures and safety directions.

Job Summary

Associate Operate MHE safely, ensuring clean, inspected equipment and accurate pallet handling. Follow FIFO, prevent line delays, and maintain pallet quality. Support safety practices, report hazards, and uphold GMP, hygiene, and company standards. Perform additional tasks as required.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible to perform MHE (Machine Handling Equipment’s) cleaning & general inspection before operating machine.
• Perform stacking/de-stacking and loading/unloading in an efficient and safe manner with accuracy.
• Ensure no damage, de-shaped, misaligned pallet loaded in trucks for dispatch to customer.
• Ensure no pallet hold on production line and cause line stoppage.
• Pallets stacking in the warehouse should be straight and based on FIFO.
• To assist their Supervisors and Managers in identifying hazards at the workplace.
• To participate in the assessment of the risks associated with the identified hazards.
• At the workplace not to, by way of omission or negligence, place themselves or others at the risk of harm or ill-health.
• Be aware of and follow the ERCO adopted risk management procedures when undertaking tasks and projects.
• Follow the reasonable directions of Supervisors and Managers with regard to safety.
• Report as soon as practical and without undue delay to supervisors any incidents or near misses which relate to occupational health and safety at the workplace.
• Do not interfere or misuse any device or equipment which has been provided as a part of a risk control measure.
• Maintaining the quality & safety standards without deviation.
• Maintaining GMP & Hygiene at Work Area
• Any other work responsibility assigned by Line Manager as and when required upon business requirement

KPIs

• Inventory Accuracy: Maintain a minimum 98% accuracy rate in inventory records.
• Order Fulfilment: Ensure 100% on-time delivery of orders.
• Operational Efficiency: Achieve a target of 95% efficiency in warehouse processes.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain zero workplace accidents and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.

Work Experience Requirement

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP will be good
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards.

Qualification

• High School/ Intermediate/ UAE Forklift Driving License
