Overview
The Associate Director - Growth will support the development and execution of winning capture strategies and activate long-term strategic and executive relationships. This highly visible role is responsible for identifying and managing 5-10 quality scaled leads for Groupe Power of One partners. Responsibilities include client mapping, providing guidance on strategic commercial excellence, and targeting opportunities to meet or exceed forecasts. Additionally, the role involves recommending external communication and marketing strategies to enhance market penetration and elevate the image of Groupe and its agencies. The ideal candidate has previous leadership experience in new business development or managing diverse talent and commercial excellence. This leader must identify and foster relationships with external and internal partners, audit and strengthen Publicis Groupe’s go-to-market positioning, and build and monitor a pipeline tracking process.
